- You received the wrong product
- The item was damaged during delivery
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be returned with original packaging and all accessories
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Items without original packaging or missing parts
- Products returned after the 48-hour window
- Items sold as clearance or final sale (if specified)

4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected
- If approved, refunds will be processed via:
- Mobile money (e.g., M-Pesa), or
- Original payment method
- Refund processing time: 7–14 business days after approval
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Defective items
- Wrong items delivered
Exchange will be arranged based on product availability.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we will cover return costs
- If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer will cover return shipping costs
7. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged:
- Report immediately or within 48 hours
- Provide clear evidence (photos/videos)
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
8. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and standard return procedures will apply
